Remembering Mr. Hans Ribbens

There was this great little house just off County Road A in Fish Creek. It had everything and 9 acres. Mr. Hans was willing to let us put down 50,000 dollars toward the 150,000 purchase price. Han's would let us carry the 100,000 dollars with a land contract. The problem. It was a little shady....
